If you're new to yoga, but want to improve your jiu-jitsu game, this program is all you need! Because each week is designed to target a specific area of your body individually, improving mobility, flexibility, and relaxation. In the final week, you'll tie everything together with well-rounded, full-body sessions. The classes are built around essential movement patterns for BJJ, helping you move with more control, improve your performance on the mats, and develop a deeper connection with your body. You'll not only feel better in training but also in everyday life. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: Each week targets a specific area of the body, with three structured sessions per week: ✅ DAY 1: Mobility ✅ DAY 2: Flexibility ✅ DAY 3: Restorative Yoga WEEKLY FOCUS: ✔ Week 1: Hips ✔ Week 2: Back ✔ Week 3: Shoulders ✔ Week 4: Full Body Example Schedule – Week 1 (Hips) DAY 1: Hip Mobility DAY 2: Hip Flexibility DAY 3: Hip Recovery/Restorative Yoga *This is the recommended order, but you’re free to adjust it based on what works best for you! Class Structure & Recommendations: 📌 Short & Effective: Each session is 10-20 minutes 📌 Mobility Sessions: Can be done before or after BJJ training 📌 Flexibility Sessions: Best after training but can be done before if preferred 📌 Restorative Yoga: Ideally after training or before bed for deep relaxation Lifetime Access Once you join, you’ll have access to the classes forever.
